In person or virtual session that address lifestyle goals around physical, emotional, and mental healing. The priority of plan changes on the individual needs of the client. We can cover and plan healthy food and lifestyle changes, review blood work and make assessments and holistic changes based on the results. We can also incorporate at home detox protocols that help to further expedite your results.

When will I be ready to start?

At Innerlume, we are dedicated to “meeting you, where you’re at”. We find this creates the best results, for an extended period of time. Which means, anytime is a good time to start! We promise not to tell you to empty out your pantry, or remove all treats. We will gradually make changes that are simple and enjoyable for you. This is by no means a “diet program” but rather an accountability plan guided with a practitioner who can help you to navigate through it. The biggest intent, is to educate you to be able to have long term results.

Will I have to follow a strict food plan?

No, we want to create small changes in the lifestyle that are easy for you to continue in the future. How many sessions will I need?

This is totally up to you and your goals! In the beginning, having a coach along side of you more often is useful for accountability. As you get more comfortable with the changes and begin to see results, then we can spread the appointments out a bit further.
